6th Rehearsal for SAF day

I AM BACK, after being burned to a crisp and test and exams all just happen on this week so i cant have any time to do my stuff not to mention even going home. I miss my bolster.

Yup, 6th and 2nd last rehearsal. The final day is really closing in so the rehearsal today is all about the sharp movements and strict discipline of the drills.

Like been marching for a week. My class is like really free cause 5 of us, 3 GOH and 2 from marching contingent, are really tied up cause of the rehearsal and so. Yup, so it will be over.

Nice day today but the weather is seriously getting alot hotter afterall it the month of June, mostly its hot but it seems abit too much nowadays. really... OK so lets see.. once we reach to SAFTI we are brief bout today's rehearsal.

Start off a run then the real thing. Same routine but the day was delay due to weather, not because of rain but HEAT! OMGZ!!! They took the temperature and it was 41 degrees- talk about heating the pan for frying. Yea this few days the weather is damn hot so got to drink plenty of water. Can even feel your skin smoking.. heat radiation... burn~

OK as the days passed, we already got used to the prolonged standing and is like no kick to us. I hear that standing can lose weight too especially under a hot sun. LOL. well the SAF day is drawing close and so is my exams....(aww man..all those numbers and codes and definitions..FAIL LOH~ LOL...I m so gonna get owned by the papers). I been praying hard in hopes of passing lol.

OMG =.=

Well i finally get the post up and the tags updated but the videos are gone....crap. Doing some remedy.

I wont be coming back these few days maybe till nxt week or so. I hope i at least get a liberty on this friday.

5th Rehearsal for SAF day

Almost to the end of the SAF parade. Soon it will be over. yay~ zzzzzz....

Today is like most days but we only got 2 full rehearsal run but yet again.... well not really full at all....We start off the day with a briefing at the warrior's hall. Then lunch...(the food is indescribable)... still we got to eat otherwise we will fall down one by one... I loved the weather today. It raining. If only if there is a strong wind blowing and dark heavy clouds, it would be nicer =)

See, it happens anyway, It just rained, right before we marched in for our full run rehearsal. The irony is that it stopped just after the parade ISM says "we move on to the march pass". But due to our sloppy performance, we have to go in again and this time a run with the trouping.

A long break before the final full run at 5pm. I kept myself awake the whole time, drinking red bull,h2o and water. I hydrated myself a bit too much I guess. So we just went over to the FUP and wait there. All is well today except the drills, the sergeant behind my friend is sneezing over him and yea... he needs to wash his no.4 after he get home.

Ended well, fine bad weather in the night, red sky, cold and nice and all is sweet to the bitter end of the day. =)

Oh yea, forgot to mention: our weekend is burned due to SAF day on the 1st July. hiax...

Something is wrong....

Well my post didnt show up..wonder what happen. hope somebody will help out with this problem. Even my tags...

WHY bother?

Do you understand what I am saying here? =) Muhahahahaha

Fragile

A lone beetle, sliver and beautiful crawling its path, trying to get over to the outer side. The magnificent sliver beetle, its big and strong, moving at a pace of its own. Towering over small ants which seem to be 80 times smaller than him. Slow and steady he made his way over the vast concrete desert.

A sudden quake, alert the startled beetle of immediate danger. He is still far away from a safe area. His only chance is to move quickly and decisively. But the area is too wide for any cover, all he can do now is dodge. The ground shook as the black and white heavy boots emits a shock wave as they move along. All he do is brace for now.

He stood there for a moment to see it past. Few of the boots notice him and avoid stepping on him but all was not so kind. One step landed on the poor beetle. He suffer immense pain as his legs were crushed. The beetle lost his mobility as well as speed. More steps took aware of him and avoid.

The beetle sense he got no chance to run and defend himself, finally expose to the last final crush of a blind step of a white George boot. Immediate death to the fragile beetle even though his body was hard and still maintain intact but the soul was lost. The once Beautiful and dominating insect now lay wasted on the concrete floor as more blind steps step over and kick him. In no time the once silvery shell of magnificent was crush to its insides, showing a brown patch of shedding....

(My heart skipped a beat as I actually watch something like this happen to it. I cant help it. It was too late for me to save the little guy... I feel sad knowing the fact that life is so fragile, like a glass which is easily shatter. The only way i suppose for this glass prevent from being destroy is having a strong mind and will in heart to prevent any obstacles from making it shatter. We are not small like the beetle but we do in fact have a Strong mind of making things happen and a Mighty will to keep us going. if both are lost, a precious life might have gone.)

4th Rehearsal for NDP

A GREAT DAY! but lousy ending...zzzzzz

AT 4AM EXACTLY TODAY (wow its just getting not only longer but earlier...way early), we woke up and draw arms and move to suntec exhibition hall, our holding area for the day. Since there is no breakfast, I feel abit giddy but I am awake to know my surroundings. We assemble for the shedding of colours, a respectful ceremony that took place early in the morning (we will be also doing this on the actual day) but they only need 40 present to respect the ceremony so the tall guys, 5 from each side, left and right, were taken in...which means I am in...zzzzzzz

After which, we were told to march outside and then practice again bout 3 times over. Sometimes I know our guys are lack of sleep, yea I am one who has problems on that, but they don't have to a pain in the neck to speak to others in a tone they want a fight right? Sheesh...since they tell me off, I gave them a rotten standard to shut them up. No point argue to people like them. Action beats words.

So enough of that and finally WE GOT BREAKFAST! oh yes by then we are famished. After breakfast, all the people in the holding area practically all went to sleep immeadiately till 11am. (got myself full 4 hours of sleep back in an air conditioned hall) but the cement floor is really uncomfortable so my both my arms and legs got cramped and numb but I still got my sleep so its ok. =D *crack

Hahahaha this time we get to see the land vechicles when we marched in. Tanks (they look like toys LOL! =x). Don't know what kind is it but Ah Tat knows, I think =/ yup. Next the right markers, 3 others and me, and the 4 left markers got a warm up. THE SUN IS BURNING!!! >.<

but it end fast so its ok. Fire the rounds and then dinner. No KFC and MILO today =(

Right, so we end our afternoon rehearsal, next we get ready for last full run. WE STORM THE STREETS TODAY!! WOO HOO!! NOTHING GONNA STOP US NOT EVEN TRAFFIC!!! Is really a great feeling that everyone is watching us and taking pictures as we marched smartly around the Suntec city area to the stadium. WE RULED. XD. The celementi primary school kiddos wore their cute costume of the sea, swirly starfish, diamond stingray, pink fishes, red seahorses and more~ WE CONTINUE TO MARCH TO THE STADIUM and then once reach there we took a rest and then the full run begins. They now have the lighting on and its blinding to our eyes. Not only that today also have the Fighters air display while we sung the national song. After all the firing is done, we march off smartly and once again, STORM THE STREETS. WAHHAHAHHAHAA!!!

Hahaha its a great day for me. I enjoy it alot today but when it comes to going back home something bad happen. And once again is like a de javu. but founded so nothing else to worry bout.

ALRIGHT! time for me to get my rest now been a great day and i hope tomorrow will be better.

I feel better

Today not much happening, I only went to the Changi General Hospital for my medical appointment which I waited for so long.

I have a check up on my ankle and the doctor suspect a ligament tear while for my knees they seems normal. The doctor want to give me a status for excuse RMJ but I refuse. I made my way till now and if you ask me to give up on the marching is like asking me to jump off a building. Thus I don't want the status even if the doctor advise me to have it.

I have another scan on the ankle again and since I refuse the status, the doctor advised me to do the physiotherapy instead. At least this can help to train my ankle to stabilise and walk normally again.

For the whole entire day, I have an emotional ache in my heart. Must have feel miserable from yesterday. I was breathless... and frustrated. Why? I cannot say now.

I feel better now after I talk it out, at least for now.

TOMORROW IS A NIGHTMARE!!!! WHY MUST WE WAKE UP SO EARLY??? 4am+ IN THE MORNING!!! ARGGHHHH~

That's for tomorrow NDP parade and that will be another post- see ya till then!

(replace the songz to a list but it takes quite a long while to load so be patient)

A story, A reflection

An uncontrolled berserker, deadly intention, filled with miserable feelings and hate itself. This is my sad and regretful 2nd personality.

Through this months of torment, I would say, bring birth to this personality. "He" who is in me waiting to burst out at anytime. In defence or be insulted, "he" will be there. "He" who watches the surroundings and other strangers, watching whose a friend or foe. A dark side of me.

This "He" is another side of me who did not reveal himself since my old school days. Once surfaced, no one can stop it unless I control my feelings and grasp understanding of the situation. Though I am a person who carry on his daily life events, leading a normal life but life ain't just sweet and favourable to most people. I, a person who seek in my interests and succeed in goals, have "him", this side I kept for long years which i don't want to show my friends.

"He" is not bad at all... The real "He" is a nice and caring person in fact, "he" cares for his family and friends most dearly. Protects and help them out in need if a problem or obstacles surfaced. A great person who loves to encourage friends and love his family entirely. Willing to sacrifice all he have to protect those he call friends and family. I am proud of him in fact.

I respect everybody, may it be a child or a elderly. Those I don't give them respect are those who toy or make fun of others weaker than themselves, yet the fact they are no different. "He" watches them in vain, I can't do anything here.

I made a precious promise and I will not break it.

Time heals. Things just gets better but not all 100%. Life like this. Many faces, all walks of life, many different people. You just gotta go through one day. "He" help me out alot and I stood my ground ready. I take no pity. I take in all they spit at me. Just bring it.

I hoped an angel enter my life to ease the weight. She is someone I wished to be with all the way. Will I ever confront her...can I? Afraid... but...so close.... yet...

Looking forward is what I do. This post is a reflection for myself to look upon. How much I changed, memories and so forth. For now I just doing what I have to do. I hope this 2 years past quickly. My friends, just to let you know I am alright and I am still me. The days I have with you all are wonderful. I hoped to have more of it soon =)

signed off.

Bad mood. Deadly intent

As stated in the title, I don't really wish to say much for this day. Still.....

I started off with a bad mood today, early in the morning. An intent of hate came to me today. Obviously something "wonderful" gonna happen. I just know it. I just sense it. But the worse thing is I don't know why.

Breakfast after EME, I wasn't much in a mood. Just grab my breakfast and sit at a corner to eat alone. My friend join me later and chat awhile but since I am grumpy I just kept my words short and sharp. I lost my appetite when my friend sneeze over my breakfast so I just drink tea for the day. Still even when I am moody, my friend just ask the reason why, asking you got a problem with my social life or in camp but I just tell him nothing to worry about.

SAF day full dress rehearsal today only this time is with the real tailored No.1 uniform. like all rehearsals only today we did twice, two full runs. We have our photos taken today, in our white uniform. =)

On parade I just do my job for the day, nice and sweet, don't want to use up alot of my strength. They just make some sarcastic jokes bout me but they just pick the wrong day. Don't wanna do anything stupid so JUST calm myself down. I am just not in the mood. The bayonet is very nearby... My fingers still hurt from the last injury and I can't clench well still the pain is nothing to me compare the pain in been through emotionally.

The day ended. Just about ready to change and book out, we are called to Fall in at the parade square. Something big have happen and that just made me a little worse. A little splice of anger. Since this matter regarding bout military stuff I cannot say what happen but I do know that it will lead to one month confinement and no pay for the next month, even though its not our fault. great huh....very nice indeed....Hated seems to make me stand aground alittle.

So- I book out for my medical appointment for tomorrow, at 11am. Missed the bus...Cannot call a cab....My dad too tired to fetch me (can't blame him, he work hard for the family)...so I am stranded....wow~

Lucky the Ba Chor Mee seller came to deliver the food to the hungry people in the camp. So 3 guys and Me are lucky to be send home by him. Thanks ar uncle. Took a bus home and reach around 12 am.

Is not long, I can say... before the 2nd me come to reveal himself in this world. My feelings are getting more and more worse. Miserable, Hate, Used. Very soon....very soon.... Don't worry for the people who know me. I am still the nice person you all know and I will be remain as it is.

Full dress rehearsal for SAF day

Today seem to me like the most scariest parade I ever experience. My god.... at least the day turn out quite fine. =)

Well the same things like I always say in ever rehearsal post: wakie wakie, draw arms, breakfast and leave campus on time. Right...here goes.

Like most SAF parades, gotta admit whether I like it or not, is just long and tiring. (who won't for someone who have to stand under the blazing sun for 1 hour 45 minutes or more....) Didn't seem anyone was motivated to go on this parade, in fact I rather go for NDP, and for every parade there is always the warm-up exercise. Everyone was sloppy, even me cause of the so call "first day of the week" I guess but later as day progress our arm drills just work out fine. SO- the schedule for today is real tiring. why?

WARM-UP
FULL RUN REHEARSAL AT 10AM
LUNCH
FULL DRESS FULL RUN REHEARSAL FOR WET WEATHER X2 (one for filming)
DINNER
FINAL FULL RUN IN FULL DRESS

So I guess this is one part of a scary day so we just start of at the full run at 10am. This full run is scary why I say is that is because today has the highest number of casualties. I hear from my friend who was watching from the back said that more than 10+, another I overheard from another contingent is 20+. O.o" Today's morning is really blazing, and I would say even the fittest might suffer from the heat. I got difficulty breathing as I was standing and dizzy spells come to me soon after that. The sound....yea...I hear is the sound of people falling, falling down on the parade square. One by one, the sound of the flags and rifles hitting the floor, I even heard bayonets hit and the medics like every minute running. The parade ISM cut the sequence of the prize presentation, as more casualties fall, he even cut off the trouping of colours. I guess it should be the reason. So the full run didn't turn out to be the whole sequence at all. phew...

Lunch Break! then the Full dress run in our No.1 ceremonial uniform for the wet weather. Did twice, one for the run and one for the filming. In the air condition hall, who wont feel sleepy...especially they talk you listen. Well we pull that one off so left the last final rehearsal.

Dinner, I and a friend came down to bring up the packed food, bottled water and muffins. My second trip to bring up the dinner end up an injury. I drop the snack carton and landed on my hand. Didn't have a second thought what was going to happen and I just pull my hand off the heavy box without knowing the rough pebble floor. I got many cuts on my finger joints and one of it is severe. (I CAN SEE MY OWN FLESH!.. erm hem..why am I so happy bout it...) One of them saw my hand and ask what happen so i just say I did something reckless. Went down to then toilet and wash the wound thoroughly with soap and running water. My finger continuous bleeding seem to catch some attention as I walk by. LOL, so i just plastered it. (ooo..bloody hand =D)

The Last run for the day and also the vetting for the parade. We give our best shot. Took regular deep breaths at the parade. (yea... deep breaths of mosquito insecticide, could be reason why I feel so sick now....) by the time the whole run ends, its already nightfall. Reach back camp, packed up for tomorrow harbour prac at Tuas at 8am (zzzzzz....so farrrr~~~) and head home to rest.

3rd Rehersal for NDP

Same most like everyday saturday rehersals, except it seems to be extending longer and longer as each practice goes by. Argh~ >.<"

I seem to be able to keep awake mostly today but the morning was raining so we are held back abit from the rehersal. At least I can finish up the RO guidebook which I lend from my friend to read at free time. My marching today is terrible, not to standard, possibly from the continuation of practice from the SAF parade. I was abit off from the start point and when march off I was like "drunk".....zzzzz. Met up with lionel on the way and he give me a smack on my shoulder to wake me up, (thanks man, needed it =] ). He also watch me from the spectator sits and watch me got lectured by one of the infantry trainers LOL.

Today's weather was wet and the mud is really a pain for my boots, I am not wearing combat boots but WHITE george boots! And even thought its raining, its still humid.... I sweat even more... it feels like I have run through the entire SOC... The rain didnt stop us from marching, we still continue, at the same time watching our steps. Our firing was OK and the marching is better due to warming up.

Lunch was the same, KFC and western, yea but all is bread we eat today. I WANT RICE! I wonder if KFC is sponsoring us. Two trucks of milo and ice cream man at the front gate. Got myself 5 cans of 100 plus, I am a isotonic drinker and pocari sweat supporter LOL XD. Chong came over to have a chat and soon came back again to rest. Took a nap while listening to my MP3 and then later on took out my sketch book to draw. The whole day soon coming to an end but the rain just kept pouring. Soon its six and it time for the final run-

Now my problem starts here. Everything had when smoothly especially the first set of firing, it is one nice and sharp sound. I mess up at the last firing sequence cause the catch went the opposite direction causing me to move my hand to the other side just to pulled it, in the end the sound didnt made it in time but I was lucky there is no jammed rounds. All comes to the last march off before we head back to clear arms.

Reach back round 8+ and I am ready to pack and head straight for home. FINALLY MY BED!!!

My Review for the past month ( MAY - JUNE )

Time flows past but I feel as if time is still so to me. The changes around me have already make their turn and I must also do so.

I enjoy most of my social activities and my recreational time with my ITE friends. I feel great and I enjoy the conversations, erm...mostly =x. I as a listener, just need to talk more perhaps. I am feeling better thanks to you all. The events you guys host are fun and to my relaxation, helps me calm myself and rest at ease. Even though my life in NS is abit too much for my case but you all just make me feel that I can stand up on my feet again. =') Thank you!

I took walks to my old secondary school and lots of changes have been made. So many have change and it seems like I am like an outdated logbook kept in the shelf for many years. (Man I am getting cobwebs over me!) LOL! XD The construction of the new market haven't been finish up till now. Maybe they have finish after I ORD. I miss the school days of my secondary life.

My life in NS now is quite stable, i guess. Just some obstacles to pull through. Life is abit better cause the class is not only smaller and get along well with but also I find similar peers that go through the same course of design and arts like me. They are of higher standard of course and I took tips and suggestions time to time from them to help myself in not only improving but also self learning. I will not proceed any further to details cause I don't really wanna talk about it.

Just wanting to be more sociable like I once used to but it will be different. Still, I am still myself and that's what most important. =D

/Signing off.....

Some situation you really don't wanna have when you are tired

HAH! This is really some situation I experience most from started till now the current days of my army life. Don't really it affect much to most people but to me, being a light sleeper, affect me much. Well here is some situation:

1. Irritating insects (especially MOSQUITOES!)

Thanks to them I got endless nights of sleep. They can even creep up into your blanket and bite you and you feeling itchy all over. Once I have to cover up myself fully to prevent them from biting me. (Hey my blood ain't that nice! I eat vegetables!). Other insects like moths and beetles often fly into our bulk but they are mostly harmless except they fly around you....

2. Singing bunk mates with audio speakers
The last thing you wanna hear is the silent song of the night especially when you finish a tiring day of parade marching. These people will just keep you awake thanks to their loud and unbearable tone and voice. Its not a bad thing, since I myself is also a bad singer but this is not a right time, especially night when you wanna head in to bed. One time I cant sleep thanks to them, so I killed off time by messaging, waiting for them to end their concert.

3. A very WARM condition
This situation is unbearable unless you are cold-blooded. The whole bunk will feel extremely warm and humid. Mostly these affect the lower levels of the bunks in the building as wind breeze cannot blow pass through. I didn't have any of these problems during my BMT days as my bunk is on the third then shift to fourth level when I pass out the course. Since I now been move to another building but on a second floor, I started to feel humid even after a shower. Cant sleep well due to burning sensation and heat rashes which i some times mistook for mosquito bites.

4. Bright lights
This situation is mostly when you are asleep and somebody, and I mean someone, just have to switch the lights on...and worse of all the lights facing you. Since the light is hard wired, so it light up together at either side of the room. Mostly later book in personal just have to switch it on and unpacked their stuff or just other who wanna sleep late. Good thing I don't get this often. =)

5. Aching Joints
Ahhh~ This only to applies to people like me, having aches everywhere. I got this most of my time due to either after a run or a parade. My knees are the ones they are mostly giving my sleeping problems. They just ache during the early hours of the morning and just when i was about every to head back to rest my alarm rang, after an hour or so. I really need to see a treatment and looking forward for the ortho appointment.

6. Nightmares and Dreamless sleeps
Don't know if this is common but I know my nightmares sometimes do. I mostly get dreamless sleeps and woke up every 2 hours after or so. Darn it....

7. Sudden Standby

Rarely happen to me but it did sometimes. But this is mostly comes when a sticky situation happens or urgent thing came up, like a roll call. Still orders are orders so you just have to do what it says anyways.

8. Clocks that rang at the wrong TIME!!
Err..sometimes could be handphones but clocks yea. Mine does =P LOL!

Well these are at least some of what i experience before and I just hope they it doesn't affect my friends who are already or going in to their army life. Gd Luck Dudes! BWAAHAHA!

Review on the SAF parade

One of our parades before the NDP and it think its also the 2nd last parade. Being in it, might as well give my best performance.

The whole sequence is very different from NDP and its REALLY long... The whole full run last for 1 hour and 45 mins, standing. Drills in the parade were more compared to NDP. Edurance is the key to stay through out the entire parade. The rehearsal are long and tiring compared to NDP. This time round the MP are like the main star here and they trained way longer before us. Thus making their drills more to prefection.

In any case, we still give our best shot. Morning was alright, Afternoon was blazing and evening was cooling. We have already gone through many rehearsals and I find this parade, well, kinda boring... maybe its because we didnt actually experience the real day yet. Told to have bomb burst and so.

We got also practice for wet weather condition, if there was rain that day we won't be out there marching. Mostly we trained this sequence is either when it really pouring outside on that day or after our break time, when there is time to squeeze it in. Slient drills are needed only and no rifles required. It is a short sequence BUT sleepy (its really so cause of the cold aircon blowing at ur face, especially after a single run in the morning). One time it was raining, everyone was tired and was asked to train for wet weather sequence. The whole floor is covered blue and when the aircon is cold, this already making me bit sleepy. This worse thing is that everyone started swaying while standing making me even more dizzy and almost to fainting. LOL!!

By the time we came back its already real late and sometimes we might be even ran out of food for dinner. At this point of time I am already going to drop dead anytime.

Well I don't wanna drag this too long and its almost coming to an end soon to all our training and our practice for the SAF parade will make us form up more for the NDP. Tough training but sweet results. =)

A Night trip or so (continue)..

I got the photos of that day at sentosa. Yea we guys, Tian, Jon, Chong, Lionel and me go to sentosa to have a bit of relaxation. I got marching that day so I join them later. They get themselves into the sea for a dip except me, I dont want go cause of my open wounds. They say sea water is good for wounds cause got salt but i think otherwise, besides i didn't bring extra shorts... =/

Night falls and we just hang around to have fun and took some pictures. =D

Chong our *** god.

Watcha lookin at huh?

.......I must be nuts.......

yea man...smoke through your nose..

ultimate slacker position

I and Lionel on a mission. To search for eternal happiness over the thing.

An island to the south pointing...

Hey Lionel's cousin LOL...XD

Group photo... I look so far away...

So our concludes with army songs and jokes and of course. Home!

2nd Rehearsal

Things goes as normal for the rehearsal. Usual marching warm up and so but there is a change in the music for the colour party.

Morning woke up at round 7.30am, skipped my breakfast and wait for lunch, draw arms and mustered as usual. The whole process seem to be getting more faster.

We reach the stadium at around close to11am, pick our own chairs and wait at the holding area for awhile before we go in for our warm up. We are told to practice our marching and we did as told. Our drills become a bit more challenging as each rehearsal gone by. This time round we are told not to count out our timing for our firing procedure. Silent drills.....

Lunch is the same and so is dinner, packed lunch and KFC, and the timing is still the same... too early and close...

A last full rehearsal at the end of the day and this time we get to have a glimpse of the NDP events going on after we our march pass is over. The Chinook skimmed across the singapore river, making a water mist in its path before it flew off. Patrol vessels takes over after the Chinook left and make round turns in the river with their siren on. at the same time at the stadium, vehicles of the civil force drove pass across the stadium before they head back in. Two helicopters doing aerial stunts and after the whole flight show the paratroopers take their jump and glide safely to the platform of the floating stadium. This preview was outstanding.

We get to secured home early today and I was tired by then. Thats all for the day =)

Busou Shinki from Konami

Figure Models made by Konami are one of favourites. Busou Shinki is the first set of models I have been collecting. To me they are unique and idealistic. I like it cause the models are two different things to one, kinda like fusion. Busou Shinki is not only a collector's item but also a online game which you use the codes you got in the box to claim the character of the model you bought. Mainly posing your characters and taking screenshots with various scenery and effects to enhance the action. I think can fight against each other?

Things I like about Bosou Shinki is that they are highly movable. These enables the model to pose many different actions and poses. Including with different types of armor and all makes it worthwhile to collect it. Their armors are not solely fixed which means you can interchange with outer with previous sets to make a new look, this applies to the online game itself. The box and packaging to me is already a reason for me to collect it, I like this kind of design packaging.

Currently they already have 5 sets including the new ones: Busou Shinki Ianeira,Busou Shinki Eucrante and Busou Shinki EX Weapon Set Vaffe Dolphin.

Here a link to the flash website:
http://www.busou.konami.jp/d53/index.html

This is a great set of upcoming models, in my opinion, to collect and display it, or like me, just keep it in the box and display.

The first Full-dress run through

I got no idea why we got to go there so early =/.... start to draw arms at 9+am and sets off round 10+am.... good thing I woke up early if not I will be in trouble...

I was surprised to see chartered SBS buses waiting at the guard house today, our sir sure give us good welfare =D. Well we reach the "floating" stadium at marina and begin our warm ups and familiarisation thus giving us a better view of whats going next. Next thing we have is lunch and a very long break till 2.15pm (that's why i wonder why must we go so early =.="). We got KFC for lunch, something we don't really have at all. Good thing for me, i got the parts I wanted =D.

Next a run through. We go smoothly except the march in and march out. Then we have dinner... around 3+pm.... (you gotta be joking =.="') but we still have to eat anyway, even though I am full. I met up with Chong and have a chat while eating and ask if he met up with Lionel. While I am marching, he simply just walking around the holding area LOL XD. I even met up with Ah Tat's friend, Xiao Hei, who look at me wondering and gave me that look, "did I recognise you somewhere before?". Had a small chat and we march off. Second time was better and ended off with the break at the Milo truck. YAY!

The last final run was a full dress which start round 6+pm, another long break again. This time dressed up in No.1 ceremonial uniform. Lots of performers were there, I even see kids! The whole mock sequence is been run through to let us get the idea. Being so many times in parades, I don't really feel much of the difference except the firing of blanks. When the real day comes it will be more spectacular. Everything ends nicely today, how I wish everyday goes smoothly... nah it will never happen....

Another coincidence, I met up with a primary 6 school classmate, Noel ( I hope i got her name right =x) at the Mr.Bean while i getting my pack dinner. She can still recognise me and yet I still need to try to remember. My faint memories of childhood... those days which I hardly remember much...lots of things going on. Still energetic like always, chat awhile and just part our ways for now.

That's all for a day's event and I m just looking forward for my pay day.

Night trip or so...

This post cant be complete due to the photos.... (OI Lionel where is it ? D:< ). Anyways I will complete this event once i got the pictures...
